We do not do things halfway: our protective walls are made of reinforced concrete poured on site inside a 304 or 316L stainless steel shell. The result? You get the weight and stability of concrete with the absolute cleanliness of stainless steel. Why does it work so well?

We install them at heights of thirty to sixty centimetres, custom-made for your room – finished in the stainless steel of your choice, with a sheet thickness of 2 mm or more. Ideal for production lines, cold rooms or wash rooms.

Stainless steel baseboards – The low-level protection that changes everything

In food plants, pharmaceutical plants and laboratories, the bottom of the walls is the dirtiest area. Product splashes, cleaning sprays, cart impacts, pallets going by… If you leave it bare, you are inviting bacteria to settle in. That is where we come in: our 304 or 316L stainless steel baseboards. No concrete, no paint, no cracking joints. Just a smooth, solid strip of steel that we glue or screw directly onto the existing wall – concrete, tile, sandwich panels, it does not matter.

Why stainless steel and not something else?

• Ultra-smooth surface with a satin or polished finish: water runs off, and residue comes off with a wipe or a high-pressure spray.
• Complete resistance to acids (vinegar, citric acid), bases, and chlorine or peroxide disinfectants – even at 80 °C.
• Zero porosity: no micro-cracks for microbes to hide in.
• Rounded corners so nothing collects, not even a drop.
• No rust, no discolouration: it keeps its clean look for ten years, twenty years.
• Quick installation: we measure, cut on site and fasten. No major construction, no production shutdown. We make them to measure:
• Height: from twenty to 120 centimetres (thirty is the most common).
• Thickness: 2 mm standard or more.
• Length: up to 10 ft in a single piece – fewer joints, fewer risks.
• Options: integrated rodent guards, impact-resistant profile for loading areas, or even holes for electrical cables.

And the look? We can polish to a mirror finish if you want it to shine like a Class A pharma lab, or keep a satin finish so it stays discreet.
